This is a senior-level role requiring deep domain expertise, strong consulting capability, and a knack for solving complex business challenges in banking, financial services, and insuranceThis role uses their subject matter expertise related to BFSI business challenges, industry trends, the competition, business models, industry value chain/business processes, industry segments, solutions, the regulatory environment, benchmarks, and standards bodies, to create value and enable successful business outcomes for the organization and the client - enabling the client to transform their business and their industries.This role is a subject matter expert in one or more particular industries or verticals and is extremely knowledgeable on industry trends and the marketplace and players.This role deals with complex client accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Advisory & Relationship ManagementServe as a strategic partner to C-suite stakeholders.Lead workshops, diagnostics, and roadmap development for business transformation.Solution Design & DeliveryDevelop bespoke solutions across digital banking, regulatory compliance, risk, data analytics, and customer experience.Guide implementation teams and oversee program execution to ensure measurable outcomes.Business DevelopmentIdentify and cultivate new opportunities within BFSI clients.Support proposal creation and pitch delivery in collaboration with sales teams.Guides the identification of client requirements and oversees value assessments and business process analysis.Thought LeadershipPublish articles, speak at industry events, and contribute to market-facing content on BFSI trends.Attends industry and technical conferences to ensure that they remain abreast of developments in their area of expertise and related disciplines.Mentorship & CollaborationLead multidisciplinary teams across consulting, technology, and operations.Mentor junior consultants and foster talent development within the practice.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field12–15+ years of experience in consulting and/or BFSI industryProven success in delivering digital transformation, operational optimization, or compliance programsStrong knowledge of core BFSI systems, fintech innovation, and regulatory environmentsExcellent communication, analytical thinking, and client management skillPreferred QualificationsExperience working with Fortune 500 financial institutionsExperience working with multinational financial institutions and navigating cross-border regulatory requirementsExposure to AI/ML, blockchain, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions in financial domainHands-on experience with cybersecurity frameworks tailored to BFSI operationsWorkplace type:Remote WorkingAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
