OverviewWe’re Hiring: Project Director! We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Director to lead critical evaluation projects for a federal healthcare agency, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. This role requires subject matter expertise in federal healthcare programs and clinical best practices.Location: Washington D.C., United StatesRole: Project DirectorWork Location: RemoteResponsibilitiesTrack project progress and ensure collaboration between team members and client representatives.Assign tasks to specific clinicians based on project needs and monitor alignment with established goals.Provide clinical subject matter expertise, including understanding of Medicare and Medicaid requirements, including coverage standards.Ensure all team activities comply with data privacy and security regulations, including HIPAA and FISMA standards for handling sensitive information.Develop medical record review instruments and assist in designing evaluation protocols.Collaborate with federal staff on project deliverables, including written and verbal communication products.Utilize project-specific tools like Microsoft Access, Excel, and Medical Review Tracker (MRT) for effective tracking and reporting.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited academic institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing large medical review projects focused on Medicare and Medicaid program evaluations.Skills & Knowledge: Clinical expertise in areas such as clinical coding and understanding coverage requirements.Knowledge of federal healthcare program regulations and program management.Proficiency in software such as Access, Excel, and MRT.Expertise in ensuring compliance with HIPAA and FISMA standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
