In this role, you will manage the entire lifecycle of data creation projects for enterprise clients, from initial client consultation through final delivery. This position combines technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, client-facing skills, and superior project management capabilities.You will act as the central point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are well-defined, resources are optimized, and outputs meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate brings a solid technical background to effectively assess project needs, ensuring the right level of expertise is allocated while maintaining a deep focus on quality and deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership:Lead and manage AI data creation projects day-to-day, ensuring timely and successful delivery for enterprise clientsDevelop detailed project plans, including workflows, timelines, milestones, and resource allocationMonitor project scope, communicate changes, and ensure alignment with client expectationsClient Collaboration:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular updatesWork with clients to define project requirements, expectations, and success metricsTeam Coordination:Collaborate with the hiring team to hire, onboard, and manage annotators to ensure they meet project-specific requirementsGuide teams to ensure proper technical setup and workflow executionCommunicate technical requirements and challenges effectively between annotators, clients, and internal teamsQuality Assurance:Conduct regular spot checks and quality reviews of output to ensure data meets client standardsImplement processes to track and improve quality metricsTechnical Expertise:Understand project technical needs, leveraging knowledge of coding and querying languages (e.g., Python, SQL)Assess and recommend the level of expertise required for specific tasksProcess Optimization:Continuously refine workflows and tools to enhance efficiency and deliver optimal outcomesExperience:3-5 years in project management, preferably in AI, data annotation, or related fieldsProven track record managing complex, client-facing projects in a fast-paced environmentPreferred 2+ years of experience as a technical solutions or sales engineer in a tech environment or a customer-facing role within a Professional Services/Systems Engineering teamTechnical Skills:Direct experience with coding and querying languages to conceptualize project requirements (e.g., Python, SQL)Experience working with AI/ML workflows or data annotation platformsSoft Skills:Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented mindsetStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and internal teamsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science) or equivalent experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience managing large-scale AI/ML data creation projectsFamiliarity with data quality metrics and processes for AI training datasetsKnowledge of large language models (LLMs) or other advanced AI technologiesOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview!What You'll Have With UsAttractive base salary with significant stock options offering an ownership stake in the company’s successComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans401(k) retirement planFlexible paid time off, holidays, and parental leave policiesOpportunity to shape the future of a cutting-edge technology companyAccess to ongoing training and professional development opportunitiesReferral ProgramEqualOpportunityWe are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
