SummaryAs a Senior Product Manager at SimSpace, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cybersecurity training. Your work will have a profound impact on the global cybersecurity landscape, helping to make the digital world safer for everyone.The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, and driving the product strategy and roadmap for our individual training offerings. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, training content development, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure our products meet market needs and drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and communicate the product roadmap for the SimSpace individual training and content development applicationsConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threatsPrioritize features and initiatives based on business and customer impactProduct DevelopmentWork closely with engineering, content development and design teams to develop and deliver high-quality productsCreate and manage initiative and epic level requirements and assist in story development needed for engineering teams to deliver to your acceptance criteriaManage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, ensuring timely deliveryStakeholder ManagementCollaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align on product goals and prioritiesCommunicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and other key stakeholdersCustomer FocusGather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisionsWork with customer support and sales teams to understand customer needs and pain pointsEnsure the product delivers a compelling user experience and meets customer expectationsPerformance & MetricsDefine and monitor key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvementUse data-driven insights to iterate and enhance the productWhat are the qualifications to apply? To be successful as a Senior Product Manager, you need:Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management on B2B products with a proven track record of delivering successful products, preferably in the education, training and cyber security industriesA strong understanding of the cyber security training or EdTech markets and common approachesExperience working with contractors to supplement development resourcesSkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to think strategically and execute methodicallyProficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
