Creative Director

OverviewThis role is a fully remote Creative Director position for life sciences clients, leading the creative vision and execution, managing a small, high-performing team, and delivering innovative, compliant creative concepts and tools. The role combines hands-on design and concept development with leadership, mentorship, and strategic oversight. This position also will define and maintain the agency's creative standards, collaborate with cross-functional partners and clients, and shape the agency's overall creative strategy, visual identity, and voice.
