Managing Broker – New YorkAbout Radius Agent:Radius Agent is a Series B, tech-driven real estate brokerage on a mission to empower agents and streamline the homeownership process. We combine SaaS, AI, and innovative tools to simplify transactions, provide real-time guidance, and help agents focus on what they do best: serving clients.We’re looking for a New York–licensed Managing Broker to lead compliance and support our agents in NY, ensuring transactions meet state requirements while partnering with Product to train our AI assistant on NY-specific laws, processes, and standards. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a tech-forward brokerage, with a direct impact on our agents and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Technology Enablement: Train our internal AI with New York–specific laws, compliance processes, and best practices to deliver real-time guidance to agents.Ensure Compliance: Oversee all NY transactions to meet DOS licensing laws, Fair Housing rules, MLS standards, and local regulations.Transaction Oversight: Review contracts, disclosures, and agreements for accuracy, legality, and compliance.Support & Coach Agents: Advise agents on transactions, risk management, and dispute resolution.Lead Training: Conduct workshops and sessions to keep agents current on NY laws and best practices.Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align compliance with business goals and optimize workflows.Recruit & Grow: Assist with recruiting and onboarding agents, highlighting our compliance-first, tech-forward brokerage model.Represent Radius: Build our NY presence through associations, industry events, and local partnerships.QualificationsActive New York Managing Broker license (required)Deep understanding of New York real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations, and transaction standardsStrong background in reviewing contracts, disclosures, and compliance documentationMinimum 5+ years of experience in brokerage compliance or managing broker rolesTech-forward mindset, comfortable adopting and training new tools and platformsExperience working with technology or SaaS systems, with a willingness to train our AI through ProductExcellent communication skills; detail-oriented and solutions-drivenNice to HavesExperience in a proptech, SaaS, or AI-driven environmentExperience with compliance technology platforms and brokerage operations toolsEstablished network within NY real estate associations and MLS organizationsPrior experience scaling brokerage teams or supporting agent recruitingWho You AreCompliance-first and detail-oriented, with a reputation for integritySupportive, approachable, and thrives on helping agents succeedCollaborative and tech-savvy, excited to work with Product to modernize compliance and train our AIOutgoing and growth-minded, confident representing Radius in the NY marketCompensation$100,000 – $130,000 base + performance incentivesBenefits:Competitive salary with performance-based bonusesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance (85% for employees, 50% for dependents)Stock optionsFlexible work hours; fully remote with occasional paid travelRetirement savings plan with company matchingProfessional development opportunities and ongoing trainingCollaborative and inclusive company culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
