The company is expanding its network to provide enhanced learning experiences beyond traditional schooling.You will be a hands-on builder and thoughtful leader, helping to grow ClassDojo’s consumer business through monetization across the product ecosystem. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role that blends strategic vision with practical execution, working with co-founders, executives, and cross-functional teams to deliver bold goals and fast results.You Will Be a Match If10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading and growing high-performing product teamsProven track record of driving revenue impact through consumer monetization products—especially subscriptions, pricing, and paywall designExperience in world-class consumer tech environments with a strong bias for product quality, innovation, and user-centricityDemonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving excellence, able to break down complex, ambiguous challenges and translate insights into actionable product and business strategiesHands-on and execution-oriented: balances high-level strategy with willingness to roll up sleeves and drive detailsFounder mindset: scrappy, resilient, and comfortable operating with limited resources in dynamic, early-stage or high-growth settingsClear, concise, and persuasive communicator—strong written and verbal skills with experience influencing executives and aligning cross-functional teamsStrong judgment and high standards across product, people, and business outcomesDeep collaboration with engineering, design, data, and marketing to drive monetization strategy and executionYou Might Be a Good Fit IfExperience building and scaling consumer subscription businesses; background in early-stage startups or as a founder/operatorUnderstanding of consumer psychology and behavioral economics as it relates to monetization, conversion, and retentionTrack record of scaling monetization internationally or across new platformsAbility to coach and develop PMs and cross-functional partnersExperience setting vision and roadmap for complex systems and driving alignment across stakeholdersHistory of accelerating pace, experimentation, and scrappy executionFamiliarity with pricing experimentation, bundling strategies, or multi-tier subscription modelsCompensation and LocationSalary ranges (US) depend on location and experience.
