This role offers a clear path to leadership and is ideal for an experienced tax professional with strong communication and team management skills.Key Responsibilities:Manage a diverse portfolio of flow-through clients across industries such as technology, professional services, manufacturing, and retail.Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements focused on both federal and state-level issues.Conduct tax research related to multi-state filings, composite returns, and non-resident withholding.Deliver strategic advice and maintain strong relationships through clear communication and high service standards.Work in tandem with firm leadership to support business development and mentor team members.Train and supervise junior staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure quality control across engagements.Ideal Qualifications:Active CPA license with a minimum of 10 years experience in public accounting or a comparable tax advisory environment.Deep understanding of pass-through taxation, including capital account maintenance and allocation methods.Solid foundation in tax compliance, technical review, IRS/state correspondence, and research.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight.Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a track record of developing teams and client relationships.This is a full-time hybrid or remote role that offers a base salary up to $200K, comprehensive benefits and performance bonus/commission incentives.
