Senior Litigation Counsel

Type: Contract (though it lists full-time salary, so it may be long-term)Location: Remote (HQ in San Francisco, CA)Salary: $304K–$342K base + equity + benefitsReporting to: VP & Deputy General Counsel, Litigation & Regulatory ComplianceHandle a broad array of disputes (pre-litigation through trial/arbitration) including high-impact and novel legal issues.Outside Counsel Management:Supervise and collaborate with law firms on complex litigation.eDiscovery:Develop and refine systems for managing and scaling e-discovery efficiently.Monitor evolving laws in tech/platform regulation; assess/preempt risks before they escalate.Cross-Functional Partnership:Work closely with other legal and business teams to advise and support internal initiatives.
