Join to apply for the Pro fee Coder, NeuroSurgery/Neurology role at AMN Healthcare Job Description & Requirements Pro fee Coder, NeuroSurgery/Neurology Start Date: 9/22/2025   Pay Rate: $26.00 - $33.00 Position Summary Pro fee Coder, NeuroSurgery/Neurology (Remote) Position Duties Profee Only Experience (physician Coding Only) Coder is responsible for maintaining current and high-quality ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS and/or CPT coding for diagnoses and procedural occurrences, through the review of clinical documentation and diagnostic results, with a consistent coding accuracy rate of 95% or better. Specialty Coder will accurately abstract data into any and all appropriate electronic medical record systems, verifying accurate patient dispositions and physician data, following the Official ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS Guidelines for Coding and Reporting and AMA CPT Guidelines. Coder will work collaboratively with various departments, including but not limited to the HIM and Clinical Documentation Specialists, to ensure accurate and complete physician documentation to support accurate billing and reduce denials. Minimum Required Qualifications Specialty coder certs preferred Profee Only Experience (physician coding only) Candidate must reside in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Georgia or New Mexico to be considered Candidate must have a laptop and two monitors available to work from Must have at least 2 years experience Must be available full time Length of Assignment 12 Weeks Shift / Hours per Week Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm Systems Epic & 3M Start Date 9/22/2025 Facility Location Positioned on the southern tip of sunny Florida, this beach town is one of the Sunshine State’s crown jewels.
