This fully remote role is ideal for a tax professional with deep expertise in S Corporation and Partnership taxation, and a strong background working across a diverse set of industries including retail, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, and technology.The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive tax experience, a current CPA license, and the ability to manage complex tax engagements with a strategic mindset and exceptional attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage tax compliance and advisory services for S Corporations and Partnerships across multiple industriesReview and sign off on complex federal and multi-state tax returns, including Forms 1065 and 1120-SProvide strategic tax planning and structuring advice, including entity selection, mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizationsSupervise, mentor, and develop junior tax staff and managers, fostering a high-performance team environmentServe as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, technical insight, and exceptional serviceCollaborate with partners and firm leadership to identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development initiativesQualifications:Active CPA license (required)10+ years of experience in public accounting or a tax advisory role, with a focus on S Corporations and PartnershipsBachelor’s Degree required in Accounting, Finance or related fieldExtensive experience in tax planning and compliance across a variety of industries: retail, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, and technologyStrong technical knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulationsProficiency in tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, GoSystem, UltraTax) and Microsoft Office SuiteThis is a full-time opportunity that is offering a strong compensation package, a remote working environment, and strong benefits.
