Overview Washington, DC Contract On-Site Flexibility/Remote: 100% Senior SAP Developer Description Under general direction, instructs, directs, and checks the work of other project engineers. Responsible for developing strategies for technical IT infrastructures and the completion of assigned engineering projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines. Leads a group of engineers, analysts, and/or technicians assigned for the duration of a project or may function as ongoing lead within a group of engineers associated with one or more technical areas within the telecom function (such as, but not limited to, network design, engineering, implementation, or operations/user support). Qualifications / Requirements Functional analysis, requirements definition and SAP module configuration and testing. Ability to develop functional requirements specifications, data mappings, function mapping, setting of configuration tables and setting of transaction/control tables. Ability to coordinate projects across different organizations, understanding business processes and flows to enable the analysis of business requirements and development of solutions for business functions. Strong knowledge in SAP HCM HR modules including OM/PA, eCareer, EHS, etc. HR development experience. RICEF, InfoType, Logical Databases, OM/PA, etc. ABAP. HR process and forms. SAP Fiori. Knowledge of SAP PO, S/4HANA, HR security, Fiori architecture (design architecture, LaunchPad design, design control-based solutions). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and management tools such as VersionOne. Knowledge of and experience with IT Service Management systems (preferably ServiceNow). A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in software development, database administration, and/or related field. A degree from an accredited college/university in software engineering, computer science, or related discipline is preferred. Ability to perform all functional duties independently on high-visibility programs or mission-critical aspects of a given program. Ability to oversee the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job. Experience training/mentoring less experienced personnel. Extensive knowledge of and experience with designing, implementing, operating, and administering relational DBMSs. Development/support experience with more than one DBMS product (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server). Extensive knowledge of/experience with DBMS Job Control Language (JCL), access methods, performance tuning, device allocation, validation checks, organization, security, documentation, and statistical methods. Without assistance, capable of recommending the most appropriate DBMS product after evaluating a set of system requirements. Extensive experience producing database-related documentation such as administration policies, procedures, standards and guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
