SAP Development Manager

OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced and strategic SAP Development Leader to guide the design, development, and optimization of SAP solutions in our S/4HANA environment. In this key leadership role, you’ll provide both technical direction and hands-on development expertise, driving high-impact projects from planning through execution. You’ll lead system enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure peak system performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while upholding best practices, compliance and coding standards.ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership: Provide expert technical oversight across the SAP development ecosystem, including ABAP, CDS Views, Fiori, IDocs, BTP, and related toolsets. Ensure development standards, performance, and quality are consistently met while mentoring and guiding a team of developers.Strategic Planning & Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable SAP solutions. Evaluate and recommend emerging development methodologies, testing tools, and technologies to meet evolving business needs efficiently and sustainably.Problem Solving & Support: Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex SAP issues, providing hands-on technical expertise and guidance to resolve system and application challenges.Development & Enhancements: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms), SAP workflows, and system interfaces to support business operations and growth.Team Development & Innovation: Inspire and support the development team in adopting modern tools and technologies.
