Apply via Dice today!ResponsibilitiesCollaborate on Oracle Cloud including integrations, data migrations, and custom reportingDesign and enforce Oracle Cloud Security policies and conduct security gap analysesWork with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutionsPotentially develop and optimize dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools using OTBI, BI Publisher, Power BI, and TableauPartner with IT architects in relation to data architecture, ETL processes, and data warehouse design using Oracle ADW, ODI, and AlteryxProvide technical mentorship to cross-functional teamsEnsure compliance with regulatory standards such as SOX, GDPR, and HIPAAPresent technical solutions and roadmaps to business stakeholdersAuthor and update new and existing artifacts related to project requirements and configurationsRequirementsBachelor's degree5+ years of experience in Oracle BI and Cloud platformsProven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM, ERP), OAC, OIC, and Autonomous Data WarehouseHigh level of proficiency in Oracle HCM data retention and security functionalityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
