Sr. SAP SD/LE CRM Business Process Analyst

OverviewThe Sr. SAP SD Business Process Analyst will analyze, define, and develop the organization's sales and distribution (SD) business processes within SAP ERP and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365). Assess requirements for internal business processes, ensuring compatibility with manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics operations while aligning with organizational strategic goals. Implement new processes, evaluate existing ones, and recommend optimal solutions and improvements. Partner with business process owners and management on strategic initiatives. Utilize quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost-benefit, and process measurement analysis. Research industry trends for applying process improvement techniques and best practices.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain SAP SD, LE (Logistics Execution), MM (Materials Management), and related systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMConfigure functions and workflow to facilitate ERP integration with other applicationsDefine requirements, scope, and objectives and translate them into ERP solutionsCollaborate with IT/business teams, external consultants, end users and other stakeholdersCreate user guides, training curriculum, policies, and other pertinent documentationResearch, troubleshoot, and mitigate transactional and other ERP issuesPerform business systems and workflow analysis, and disseminate technical communicationsConsult for existing ERP ECC continuous improvement and preparations for S4/HANA migrationDevelop architectural and process documentations for Sales ERP domain, BPM and BPMLUpdate and maintain all SAP ERP functional documentationsSkillssap sd, sap mm, sap s/4 hana, abap, Process improvement, Business process, Business analysisTop Skills Detailssap sd, sap mm, sap s/4 hana, abap, Process improvement, Business process, Business analysisQualificationsBachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent experience8+ years of SAP ERP Module consulting, development, delivery, and operation experience, with a focus on manufacturing, heavy machinery, or logistics5+ years of hands-on SAP SD functional experience, including pricing, order processing, ATP (Available-to-Promise), billing, and logistics execution2+ years of ABAP programming and program delivery experience for enhancements and custom developmentsExperience with SAP S/4HANA Migration from ECC, with an understanding of new SD functionalities in S/4HANAHands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for customer relationship management, sales automation, and integration with SAP SDExperience in Business Process Re-engineering within the manufacturing or logistics sectorGood communication skills – Oral and WrittenOccasional travel may be requiredExperience LevelExpert LevelPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $98,000.00 - $150,000.00/yr.Healthcare/Dental/Vision/401KWorkplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in San Diego, CA.Application DeadlineThis position is anticipated to close on Sep 17, 2025.About TEKsystemsWe/'re partners in transformation.
