Gap is committed to equality and fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.About The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Analyst to independently manage Gap Brand Store Payroll. In this highly visible role, you will collaborate with, influence, and strategize with the Director, Gap Brand Finance, Stores & Operations, and field leadership. This role supports the strategic growth of the Stores channel and requires analytical rigor, attention to detail, strong relationship-building, and a results-driven mindset.What You’ll DoPartner with management to model and manage all store payroll and related expenses for the growing Gap North America fleet, including developing and communicating periodic labor forecasts to store leadership and internal finance partnersEngage with central store operations and cross-functional leads to develop labor plans, model initiative expense profiles, and quantify opportunities related to pilot and optimized productivity initiativesDevelop the annual budget for store labor with central store operations and corporate partners for cross-brand investment aligned to strategic prioritiesProvide analytical support to recommend improved management of store OPEX in a growing businessIdentify key drivers of store OPEX variability and develop recommendations to mitigate risk or capture opportunities, with a focus on forecasting accuracyInfluence cross-functional partners using fact-based, data-driven insightsWho You AreBachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field3-5+ years of financial analysis experience, consulting, Big 4 accounting, or related equivalentExperience in store payroll or retail industry is highly preferredAbility to synthesize large data sets into a cohesive frameworkStrong problem-solving skills and results-driven mindsetExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism to drive accountabilityAdvanced Excel skills and modeling; knowledge of Oracle financial systems and Essbase/Hyperion is a plusBenefits At GapMerchandise discount for brands (50% off regular-priced merchandise at Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, and Athleta; 30% off at Outlet)Competitive Paid Time OffVolunteer time for charitable activitiesExtensive 401(k) plan with company matchingEmployee stock purchase planMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceSee more of the benefits offeredGap Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
