OverviewThe Vice President, Enterprise Platforms & Digital Transformation is a strategic, enterprise‑level leader responsible for driving the modernization, integration, and optimization of mission‑critical enterprise systems, including Salesforce, ERP, HCM, and other core corporate platforms. This executive will partner with senior business leaders across Finance, People, Legal, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver user‑centric, scalable, and future‑ready solutions that enable operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth.Acting as both a visionary strategist and execution‑oriented operator, this leader will oversee enterprise‑wide technology roadmaps, product lifecycles, and delivery programs, ensuring platforms such as Salesforce and ERP are leveraged to their full potential to enhance customer, employee, and stakeholder experiences.This role can be located in an approved US based location working from a remote home office.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership - Develop and execute an integrated digital strategy for enterprise platforms, aligning with corporate objectives, operational priorities, and regulatory requirements.Strategic Leadership - Serve as the strategic thought partner to executive leadership, ensuring platform investments align with enterprise architecture, data governance, AI enablement, and innovation strategies.Strategic Leadership - Shape the long‑term vision for Salesforce, ERP, and related platforms, focusing on automation, analytics, employee experience, and customer engagement.Enterprise Platform Ownership - Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle for core enterprise systems, including Salesforce, ERP, HCM, payroll, procurement, legal management, and workflow automation platforms.Enterprise Platform Ownership - Oversee integration and interoperability of platforms across the business ecosystem to ensure seamless data flow, reporting, and user experience.Enterprise Platform Ownership - Establish governance models, product roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks to optimize investment value and operational performance.Program & Delivery Management - Lead enterprise‑wide technology programs, from discovery and design through implementation and adoption, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.Program & Delivery Management - Build and lead high‑performing cross‑functional and matrixed teams, leveraging agile delivery practices for large‑scale platform deployments and enhancements.Program & Delivery Management - Create and oversee Centers of Excellence for Salesforce, ERP, and related technologies to drive best practices, standardization, and innovation.Stakeholder Engagement & Value Realization - Act as the primary liaison between corporate function leaders, commercial teams, and technology delivery teams.Stakeholder Engagement & Value Realization - Translate complex technology capabilities into clear business value propositions.Stakeholder Engagement & Value Realization - Drive change management and adoption strategies to ensure that platform enhancements result in measurable business novation & Continuous Improvement - Identify and implement opportunities for AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics to improve decision‑making and operational novation & Continuous Improvement - Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and regulatory changes, ensuring platforms remain secure, modern, and novation & Continuous Improvement - Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging teams to explore and adopt new tools, processes, and capabilities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.15+ years in enterprise platform management, product leadership, or digital transformation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.Proven success leading enterprise‑wide Salesforce and ERP implementations and optimizations in complex, global organizations.Experience in integrating core business systems across Finance, People, Legal, and Operations functions.Demonstrated ability to deliver large‑scale, high‑impact programs with measurable ROI.Strong knowledge of compliance, security, and risk considerations for mission‑critical enterprise surance, financial services, or other highly regulated industry experience strongly preferred.Recruitment Fraud Notice: IDC would like to inform you that we conduct our formal communications via corporate email, our Applicant Tracking System iCIMS, LinkedIn messaging, or directly by phone.
