About the Role We/'re seeking a talented Visual & Graphic Designer with Web Skills with a strong eye for branding, composition, and storytelling through design. In this role, you’ll lead the creation of visually compelling materials across digital channels while maintaining and updating our WordPress website. You should be comfortable working across print and digital formats, with a focus on marketing, brand, and product communication. This is a role for someone with solid design fundamentals and a modern aesthetic, who also understands the technical basics of implementing design on the web, and who is familiar with and uses cutting-edge AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity. Key Responsibilities Lead the evolution and maintenance of our website visuals and design, ensuring an optimal product communication while maintaining brand consistency Create high-quality visual assets for marketing and sales materials, including presentations, social media content, and digital campaigns Utilize AI tools effectively for design ideation, asset creation, and workflow optimization Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand design needs and translate requirements into visually compelling solutions Design and develop engaging web animations and interactive elements that enhance value proposition understanding of our audience Maintain and evolve our visual brand guidelines across all digital platforms Manage and update content on our WordPress website (no backend dev required) Apply design updates using HTML/CSS when needed (small adjustments, not full dev work) Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field 3+ years of experience in web design and visual design Proficient or Native English language skill Experience in both on-screen and off-screen graphic design Experience creating visuals for digital channels (web, social, email) Strong portfolio with examples of brand design, marketing assets, and digital content Expertise in modern design tools (Figma, Canva) Familiarity with WordPress for content updates and theme customization Solid understanding of HTML/CSS to implement minor visual tweaks Knowledge of current web design trends, best practices, and UX principles Proven experience with AI design tools and platforms Technical Skills Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) Design tools (Figma, Canva) Presentation design (Google Slides / Microsoft PowerPoint) HTML/CSS coding proficiency Web animation tools and techniques Basic understanding of SEO principles Experience with WordPress theme customization and maintenance (plus) Proficiency in AI tools such as: Midjourney, DALL-E, or similar for visual asset creation AI-powered animation tools AI-assisted code generation tools Desired Qualities Strong eye for typography, color, and composition Excellent problem-solving abilities Strong communication and presentation skills Detail-oriented with a focus on pixel-perfect execution Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach Forward-thinking approach to incorporating AI tools into design workflows Ability to balance AI-generated content with original design work What We Offer Opportunity to shape the visual direction of our brand Access to cutting-edge AI tools and technologies Collaborative and creative work environment Professional development opportunities Competitive salary and benefits package Work with modern tools and technologies Ability to contribute to high-impact frontier AI project How to Apply Please submit your resume, portfolio, and a brief cover letter explaining why you would be a great fit for this role.
