Backed by a $39M Series B and a rapidly expanding sales team, you’ll design and execute programs that don’t just generate leads but create predictable, high-quality pipeline that fuels six-figure deals. You’ll own initiatives across the full funnel — improving conversion rates, launching multi-channel campaigns, applying AI to scale execution and sharpen targeting, and driving measurable growth that leadership and the market will see.At Ketryx, you’re joining an AI-native company that puts AI at the center of everything we do — including marketing. By analyzing funnel performance and optimizing spend, messaging, and conversion paths, you’ll shape an AI-powered demand engine that drives growth in one of the most dynamic and meaningful sectors in tech — helping life sciences companies bring safer, faster, and more innovative products to patients worldwide.ResponsibilitiesDesign and launch integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipelinePlan, produce, and deliver webinars end-to-end — shaping content, managing timelines, and ensuring flawless promotion and execution that convert attendees into qualified opportunities.Manage and optimize paid media and trade publication partnerships, overseeing creative and deliverables to maximize reach, ROI, and influence in the market.Build and refine website conversion paths — including landing pages, forms, and nurture flows — that reliably turn interest into sales-qualified pipeline.Analyze and report on funnel health and campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and partnering with Sales and BDRs to ensure fast, effective follow-up.Experiment and innovate with AI-driven approaches to campaign execution, targeting, and optimization to keep Ketryx’s demand engine ahead of the curve.Drive organic social strategy and execution by creating and amplifying content for the Ketryx company page and supporting thought leadership for executivesRequired Skills3–5 years of experience operating B2B demand generation programs, including webinars, email marketing, paid media, and multi-channel campaignsExperience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), plus working knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn AdsStrong self-starter mentality with a track record of driving initiatives independently and managing multiple campaigns simultaneouslyAbility to quickly grasp and communicate complex technical concepts, translating them into clear, compelling messaging for target audiencesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting insights and collaborating with executives and cross-functional stakeholdersBased in BostonPreferred SkillsExperience managing agencies, contractors, or media partners to deliver campaigns at scaleExperience designing and executing ABM programs in close alignment with Sales, including account targeting, tailored offers, and coordinated outreachWhat We OfferCompetitive compensationWork in an exciting field with a positive impact on the worldOpportunity to learn and grow as part of a global teamHybrid work model (mix of work from home and office is possible)Generous PTO for full-timeKetryx is an equal opportunity employer.
