You’ll manage a group of sales professionals, drive growth with oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, and plastics customers, and oversee high-value, long-cycle projects ($100K–$6M+).Location & EmploymentCharlotte, NC • Fulltime, Hybrid • Relocation AssistanceRequirementsBachelor’s degree: technical or business background10+ years in technical sales, BD, or commercial leadershipExperience in an engineer-to-order (ETO) or custom-engineered solutions environment - selling project-based, application-specific industrial systems (not commodity products)Experience selling engineered systems or complex industrial solutionsStrong background in oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, plastics, or related marketsProven sales leadership experienceCRM discipline (Salesforce)ResponsibilitiesLead and grow the Americas sales team, 20% travelDevelop and execute sales strategy to expand revenue and market shareManage consultative, long-cycle sales with global industrial customersBuild key customer and partner relationships; drive deeper account penetrationCollaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teamsRepresent the company at industry events and trade shows #J-18808-Ljbffr
