Overview@HYVE Solutions, missions to help customers, business partners, and employees achieve success through shared goals, strategies, resources and technology solutions.About the JobAs a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will lead efforts to optimize manufacturing operations through continuous improvement, Lean, and cost-reduction initiatives. You will oversee engineering projects from concept to implementation, ensuring efficient processes, smooth product launches, and alignment with company objectives. You will also mentor and develop your team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. You will report directly to the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering II.You WillAnalyze and improve manufacturing operations, implementing strategies like Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).Hire, train, and coach manufacturing engineers and other team members, providing technical support and fostering a collaborative environment.Oversee manufacturing engineering projects from concept to implementation, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.Work closely with NPI team, design engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and smooth product launches.Develop and implement cost reduction programs and identify labor savings projects to meet annual financial goals.Coordinate with upper management to align manufacturing engineering strategies with overall company objectives and adapt to market changes.Assess and set up production infrastructure and production process flow setupProvide project detail status reports to internal core team managers and, when applicable, our customersPerform continuous improvement using Lean programPerform time/motion study and capacity analysis for manufacturing processes.Collaborate with production teams to address Process/quality issues and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with QE/TE/PM to ensure alignment on quality objectives and priorities.You HaveBS Degree with 5+ years of Process Engineering experienceIn-depth understanding of manufacturing processesUnderstanding of standard product development processesKnowledge of DFxUnderstanding of PFMEA, Six Sigma processes highly desirableProficient in MS/Office (Word, Excel, etc.)Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in project management.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.Understanding of quality management systems and relevant regulations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Annual Salary Range$130,000—$160,000 USD DOEHyve PerksEvery Day is Casual Day • Company Discounts • Community Involvement Opportunities • Profit Sharing • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance • 401k • FSA & HSA • Paid Vacation, Holiday & Sick Days • Employee Stock Purchase Plan • Tuition Reimbursement • Live Well Work Well Program • And MoreThe preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees with this classification.
