ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectivesOversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboardingEnsure compliance with all HR laws and regulations onboard the cruise shipManage and lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support as neededDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partnersIdentify and address employee development needs through training and development programsManage and administer employee benefits and compensation programsDevelop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvementHandle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on employee-related mattersStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and policiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of HR laws and regulationsProven experience developing and implementing HR strategies and policies onboard a cruise shipExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levelsStrong leadership and people management skillsExperience in the cruise industry or hospitality industry is a plusWorking PlaceMiami, FL, United States #J-18808-Ljbffr
