OverviewHolland & Hart LLP is seeking a Federal Income Tax Attorney (5+ years) to join its Tax group in any office location. The role focuses on complex federal income tax matters, with emphasis on renewable energy and low-income housing tax credit transactions, investment funds structuring, partnerships and joint ventures. The position is available at the Associate, Of Counsel, or early career Partner level.Position RequirementsIdeal candidates will have 5 or more years of federal income taxation experience with an emphasis on renewable energy and credit work. Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, team environment and to delegate and manage the work of others. Federal income tax subject matter knowledge is required. An LLM or tax credit transactional experience is preferred, and professional or accounting experience is a pensation and ExpectationsCompensation is merit-based and evaluated on individual performance and contributions to the team. For Colorado-based roles, a good faith salary range is provided: $217,000 - $300,000 per year. The firm notes that actual pay will be based on skills and experience. There is a generous bonus program and potential for fee splits.
