Overview Job Title: Quote-to-Cash Architect (Salesforce CPQ & Zuora) Company: BayApps Inc. Role Overview We are seeking a Quote-to-Cash (QTC) Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash solutions. This role will focus on Salesforce CPQ and Zuora platforms, with an emphasis on seamless integrations using Workato. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in architecting scalable QTC systems and can work cross-functionally with business and technical teams. Responsibilities Design and architect end-to-end Quote-to-Cash solutions leveraging Salesforce CPQ and Zuora. Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Develop integration strategies between Salesforce, Zuora, and other systems using Workato. Partner with stakeholders to define best practices, governance, and technical standards. Provide oversight during implementation to ensure alignment with architectural vision. Troubleshoot and resolve integration and system design challenges. Mentor and guide project teams in QTC solution best practices. Qualifications Proven experience as an Architect in Quote-to-Cash solutions. Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora platforms. In-depth knowledge of Workato or similar iPaaS integration tools. Solid understanding of QTC business processes: quoting, billing, subscriptions, revenue recognition, etc. Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
