Job Description Job Title: Desktop Support EngineerDuration: 9 monthsLocation: San Francisco, CAHourly Rate: $38.00/hr on W2 Description Top Needs: Knowledge of financial applications is a plus Trade floor experience with Market Data applications such as Bloomberg, Reuters, TradeWeb, Matlab, Excel Add-Ins, etc. Working knowledge of MS Windows & OS X environments (Windows 7/10 & Apple/Mac experience - PC/Laptop/Mobile Devices and tablets) Experience working in the financial industry Personality is a key factor in hiring (approximately 80%) Required Skills: Ability to drive speed and discipline (Advanced) Problem solving skills (Advanced) Software installation and support (Advanced) Proficiency in Windows 7 and above (Advanced) Deskside support services delivery and support (Advanced) Apple workstation and tablet support (Experienced) Knowledge of financial applications (a plus) Trade floor experience with Market Data applications (such as Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.) Working knowledge of MS Windows & OS X environments Experience in the financial industry Thanks & Regards, SR.
