Jobs Bridge works closely with a large number of IT organizations in high-demand technology skill sets.Job DescriptionJob Duties:Develop code for JAVA web applications with responsive front-end design.Test and debug applications.Develop web services for internal and external consumption.Perform other tasks as assigned by management.Job Specifications:Four-year college degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent full-time work experience.5+ years of recent JAVA application software development experience.Expertise in developing and debugging using Java, JavaEE.Experience developing web applications and user interfaces with Java technologies such as JDBC, JSP, JSF, and servlets.Proven experience in developing large-scale, high-traffic, high-performance web applications.Experience with database development using Oracle, SQL, JDBC, and XML.Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.Experience with Test-Driven Development using JUnit or similar tools.Familiarity with Apache, Tomcat, Eclipse, and Subversion.Expertise in Java frameworks such as JSP, JSF.Proficiency with modern IDEs like Eclipse.Experience with REST, SOAP, Web Services, and Web Services Security.Ability to develop and document requirements and specifications.Experience designing and coding data-access layers using JPA and interacting with Oracle databases.Ability to collaborate with enterprise and data architects to influence system architecture.Proficiency in writing testable, well-documented code, including Javadoc.Qualifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
