Responsibilities Design and implement Java/JEE software applications using modern tools such as Eclipse, Rational Application Developer (RAD), JDeveloper, NetBeans, and JIRA for design, development, and testing. Build high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. Be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications. Manage Java/Java EE application development with expertise across the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing. Qualifications Required Skills: Java/Java EE development; experience with Eclipse and other IDEs (RAD, JDeveloper, NetBeans). Excellent communication (writing and presenting) and ability to convey information to stakeholders at different technical levels. Strong initiative: able to take high-level requirements, ask clarifications, and deliver results. Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Multitask efficiently and adapt to changing data environments; work well in a team or independently. Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
