OverviewCybersecurity Program Manager (4664)at SMX(View all jobs) (DCLaw Enforcement Agency OCIO's organization is moving to Information Systems Security as a Service and requires a Program Manager to oversee a contract of ISSOs, ISSEs and ISSRs. This position is on site in Washington, DC and requires an active Top-Secret clearance.ResponsibilitiesThe contract is properly and adequately staffed with cleared and qualified personnel capable of performing all contract requirementsAll contract requirements are performed in a way that maintains security integrity at all levels and at all timesAll contract deliverables are accurate and are delivered correctly and on timeAll required support services are efficiently and effectively managed at the designated place(s) of performanceAll assigned tasks are created and performed promptly and correctly, and work is performed on time and at the agreed pricesAn Operations Manual with detailed Continuity of Operations procedures is developed, kept current, to include quality control procedures, for supporting the product lifecycle managementAll required documentation is captured and recorded in accordance with FBI’s record retention policiesRequired Skills & Experience10 years of relevant experience providing project management support for enterprise level IT projectsA bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, or IT-related discipline is preferredA project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalentCertified Scrum Master(CSM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certifications preferredActive Top-Secret security clearanceDesired Skills & ExperienceExperience supporting a federal law enforcement agencyApplication Deadline: 10-31-2025#LI-SA1The SMX salary determination process takes into account a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education and certifications.
