OverviewIMAQ Resources, LLC, is seeking a Detachment Project Manager to support the Air Force Utilities Privatization and Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) programs. The Air Force is transforming base infrastructure around the country by privatizing the right utility systems through the Utilities Privatization program. The program develops partnerships between the Air Force and public and private entities to create mutually beneficial commercial projects on non-excess Air Force real estate. The successful candidate will be part of the IMAQ team providing innovative solutions to execute the programs above.ResponsibilitiesSupport AFCEC/CI in evaluating energy choices, including technical and economic analysis of alternatives.Review feasibility studies and provide input/recommendations for long term Portfolio Management of the project.Provide risk management services to minimize the impact of price uncertainties.Assist in carrying out statutory programs, managing energy data collection and reporting systems, and preparing reports.Provide further estimation of construction costs, development of lease, business & leasing plans.Assist with the transition between closing and long-term management of the lease.Contribute content to quarterly reports generated by the project team regarding EULs executed and closed in the given quarter as well as updates on previously completed EULs.Perform technical reviews of and develop reports on various data points located in a wide range of key documents.Assess data collected and interpret the meaning and impact.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.PE – Not requiredBenefitsOur full-time employees are eligible for an outstanding benefits package that consists of medical, dental, vision, life / insurance and 401k with pliance: As a Federal Contract Employer, KOMAN Families of Companies follows Federal Laws as it pertains to drug testing.
