If you have extensive understanding on how to transform business requirements into a scalable solution and are looking for your next career move, apply now!Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Workday Enterprise Solution Architect who will play a pivotal role in CAI’s internal technology team. Partnering across the enterprise, this role will be pivotal in ensuring the success of large-scale technology implementations, supporting CAI’s future growth. The Enterprise Solution Architect will have regular exposure and interactions with CAI’s executive team and must be comfortable managing multiple priorities. This position will be full-time and remote.What You’ll DoUnderstand and transform business requirements into scalable/manageable solution architecture and design specificationsLead and participate in the design and implementation of significant applicationsProvide strategic direction and help lead efforts to optimize core Workday ERP & HCM application suiteChampion the adoption of reusable architecture patterns to create a high degree of solution agilityIdentify and mitigate existing business risk(s) associated with solution architectureInterface with stakeholders to ensure business needs are delivered in accordance with strategic direction, project expectations, and business priorityDesign and oversee implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutionsCollaborate with various departments to identify their IT needs and provide appropriate solutionsProvide guidance and direction to IT teams on technology standards and best practicesEnsure solutions are aligned with the enterprise architecture and IT strategyConduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategiesWhat You'll NeedRequired:A Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in IT, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent10+ years technology experience with a heavy emphasis on WorkDayKnowledgeable about all phases of the software development life cycle and solution delivery for web, client-server, and cloud-based systemsProven track record of work experience as an architect, project manager, or developerCertificates to demonstrate knowledge and competencyExceptional Solution definition and problem-solving skillsPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functionsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorThe pay range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000 annually (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
