Key responsibilities of the job are to provide oversight of the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer programs, align technical solutions to business objectives, and ensure that coding practices/quality comply with software development standards. Job expectations include conducting multiple software implementations and applying both depth and breadth in knowledge of several technical competencies.Global Financial Crimes division that supports application development for investigator web-based tools is in search of a talented Java Full Stack Feature Lead.Responsibilities:Designs, develops and is accountable for feature deliveryApplies enterprise standards for solution design, coding and qualityEnsures solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debtGuides the team on work breakdown and executionWorks with the Product Owner to ensure that product backlog/requirements are healthy, with clear acceptance criteriaPlays a team lead role (as an individual contributor) and mentors the teamGuides team members with skills and practices (planning and estimation, peer reviews, and other engineering practices)Works as a Feature Lead and has a good understanding of the application manager responsibilities to manage the development efforts along with oversight and accountability for all the activities around application management and governanceAs an App Manager own the responsibility of managing a critical compliance application , working closely with compliance and operations on Regulatory Requirements to provide optimal solutionsPerform Functional and technical impact analysis of clients requirementsRequired Qualifications:Demonstrable experience of minimum 10-12 years of work experience in the capacity of an Senior developer10 - 15 years’ full stack experience with Java with Strong core java skills including multi-threading, collections API, JDBC and knowledge of Java profiling toolsSpring framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Test Framework, Spring RESTful services, Transaction Management, Spring AnnotationsExperience with front end development frameworks like Angular, ReactPerform overall solution design and creation of design specifications to implement changesExperience managing application governance and compliance requirementsPerform Functional and technical impact analysis of potential changes to the clients requirementsSupport other developers; providing mentoring, technical assistance, troubleshooting and alternative development solutionsExperience working with relational database like Oracle 19c , Microsoft SQL ServerKnowledge of performance tuning data intensive applicationsDesired Qualifications:Experience working with large scale technology projectsBackground in Teradata and shell scriptsGood written and verbal communication skillsWorking experience in Agile methodology and JIRASkills:AutomationInfluenceResult OrientationStakeholder ManagementTechnical Strategy DevelopmentArchitectureBusiness AcumenRisk ManagementSolution Delivery ProcessSolution DesignAgile PracticesAnalytical ThinkingCollaborationData ManagementDevOps PracticesShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40 #J-18808-Ljbffr
