OverviewCommercial Real Estate Accounting ManagerWhy You’ll Love This Job:High-Impact Role: Directly manage financial operations for a commercial real estate portfolioCompetitive Pay: up to $140,000 base salary + 15% annual bonusFlexibility: Hybrid schedule with 2 remote workdays each weekGrowth Environment: Work with acquisition and disposition teams to shape financial strategyCutting-Edge Systems: Gain exposure to MRI Software and collaborative toolsWhat You’ll Do:Manage property-level accounting processes and ensure GAAP-compliant reportingOversee monthly closings, financial reports, budgets, and cash flow analysisPrepare audited and unaudited financial statementsSupport MRI Software users and ensure financial system efficiencyPartner with acquisitions and dispositions teams on transactions and due diligenceMonitor loan covenants and maintain lender compliance documentationRequirements:5+ years of experience in property accounting - preferably in commercial real estateBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or businessStrong background in GAAP, joint ventures, tax accounting, and financial reportingSkills:Experience with MRI Software or supporting MRI system usersKnowledge of tenant recoveries, waterfall calculations, and real estate fund structuresProficiency in Excel, financial systems, and reporting toolsAbout ProPivotalSince 1996, ProPivotal has been committed to excellence in staffing services.
