This is a key position for the organization. Overview The role drives asset management and operation of a portfolio in the Minneapolis market, with a focus on strategy, performance, and coordination with the on-site and corporate teams. Responsibilities Lead the Minneapolis portfolio of approximately 500k SQFT of Class A office and mixed-use assets. Oversee asset operations and work closely with the support team (TSC, APM, Engineers). Report to the Director of Asset Management and contribute to strategic planning and performance metrics. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize leasing, occupancy, and financial performance. Represent the organization in the Minneapolis market as a senior asset manager. Qualifications Experience as a Senior Real Estate Manager or equivalent with a focus on office and mixed-use assets. Ability to lead in the Minneapolis market and manage large-scale portfolios.
