Consideration will be given to three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.PreferredThis position offers an opportunity to build scalable applications using the latest technologies in a fast-paced development environment.Looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with the client and design team to deliver solutions that meet client needs.BA Responsibilities:Collaborate with client business and IT teams to understand needs.Create models and functional documents based on understanding.Work with internal technology teams to provide expertise on requirements and solutions.Identify risks, issues, and solutions with Project Management and stakeholders.Serve as Subject Matter Expert for the development team.Contribute to organizational processes and knowledge assets.Assist in creating artifacts and knowledge sharing.Skills:Business analysis, process design, application specification, conversion analysis, and user testing.Experience with auto manufacturers, distributors, retailers, or suppliers is preferred.Excellent communication skills.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret business needs into requirements.Knowledge of creating functional requirements, use case models, activity diagrams, data flow diagrams, user flows, and data modeling.Ability to learn applications quickly and connect functions to business context.Effective interaction with various stakeholders in dispersed environments.Prioritization and task execution in high-pressure environments.Experience facilitating meetings and leading presentations.Strong interviewing techniques.Ability to lead small to medium projects.Process improvement analysis experience.Understanding of the software project lifecycle and release process.Technical Skills:Experience with web applications built in .Net or Java.Experience with Oracle or SQL Server, and tools like TOAD.Proficiency with Office 2010 suite and MS Visio.Nice to Have:CCBA or CBAP certification.Experience in the automotive industry, including supply chain, sales, aftersales, dealer management, and warranty management.Experience with UI design or UX collaboration.Experience defining requirements for custom or product applications.Experience working with RFP teams.SCRUM or Agile experience.Knowledge of modeling tools like Rational Architect or WebSphere Business Modeler.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
