You’ll work directly with our customers to develop insights into business and data models and perform data analysis activities to identify relational data issues.About the teamThe Logic20/20 Advanced Analytics team is where skilled professionals in data engineering, data science, and visual analytics join forces to build simple solutions for complex data problems. And when you’re ready to level up in your career, you’ll have access to the training, the project opportunities, and the mentorship to get you where you want to go.“We build an environment where we really operate as one team, building up each other’s careers and capabilities.” – Adam Cornille, Senior Director, Advanced AnalyticsAbout youYou have proven experience creating, documenting, and aligning business and technical requirements.You are a creative problem-solver who can quickly learn new tools and processes.You’re comfortable communicating and building relationships with senior executives.You’re a pro at investigating data issues, performing deep-dive data research, and proposing and executing solutions.Qualifications4 – 6 years of experience as a dashboard developer at a large consulting firmStrong proficiency in SQLExperience with TableauExperience gathering and documenting business and data requirements, interviewing stakeholders, and facilitating alignment workshopsHands-on experience with data mapping, including source-to-target mapping and documentationStrong data literacy skills and basic understanding of data modelingExperience with data profiling and data analysis, ensuring alignment between business needs and data use casesExperience working with Agile teams in a matrixed organizationPreferred QualificationsExperience with Power BIData testing experienceExposure to change management processes and/or projectsFamiliarity with design thinking frameworks and persona developmentExperience querying Snowflake in any capacity (user, developer, etc.)Understanding of data architecture fundamentals, including data warehousing and data lakesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of$120,000 - $140,000.The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
