Consideration will also be given to three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.**Preferred:**• At least 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design and detailing of processes.• At least 5 years of experience in JDA/Red Prairie WMS implementation & support.• At least 5 years of experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment.• At least 5 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.• Experience leading a team of consultants to understand as-is business and develop to-be business maps.• Strong analytical and communication skills.• Planning and coordination skills.• Experience managing large WMS programs for implementation, rollout, and support independently.• Experience in client relationship or account management.• Willingness to work in a management consulting environment requiring regular travel.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
