Principal Agile Consultant / Coach (100% Travel Job from Monday to Thursday, Anywhere in USA) Full-time Location: Multiple states including NYC, IL, NJ, CA, TX (Relocation assistance provided) Duration: Full Time (Permanent) Job Description: We are seeking a Principal Agile Consultant / Coach to lead agile transformation initiatives. The role involves extensive travel (Monday to Thursday) across various client sites in the USA. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; equivalent experience (3 years) may be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Technology. Preferred Qualifications: 12-15 years of experience leading business or systems integration programs. Experience managing large teams. Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple client locations across local, state, and national levels. Experience in Agile Consulting and System Integration within a top-tier consulting organization. Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural teams and support multiple time zones. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills at all organizational levels.
