OverviewThe Principal Consultant leads and manages the customer journey from post-contract close through implementation, solution delivery, and issue management. You will lead a team of Project Managers and Consultants focused on successfully delivering Legion solutions.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESManage customer CXO level and the Executive Steering Committee.Lead 4+ enterprise and mid-level accounts.Oversee the implementation of Legion's product suite, lead the project team, design the solution, deliver the work, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.Own customer relationships, strategy, project planning and direction, solution architecture, and achievement of business KPIs.Hire, develop, and retain a team of Project Managers and Consultants.Contribute to the development of implementation methodologies and participate in internal initiatives.REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) area.Consulting experience.Strong background in Workforce Management software and business processes.Proven ability to lead teams from design to delivery of implementation projects.Proven track record of decision-making, collaboration, and communication across senior executives, project teams, and IT leadership.Retail industry experience preferred.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTESProactive and able to command respect through intelligence, hard work, and persistence.Passion for industry-leading next-generation technology.Ability to operate in an environment with limited resources.Strong communicator who can distill messages that resonate with customers.Track record of building positive relationships with peers.Active listener who can learn from others and leverage input.Strong work ethic focused on high-priority issues; action- and results-oriented.Unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character; high ethical PENSATION & BENEFITSSalary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 USDBonus Range: $14,000 - $20,000 USDLegion offers competitive compensation and benefits. As a fully remote employer, pay is determined using local, national, and industry survey data.
