We're looking for candidates with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.No Slip Seating - Keep Your Assigned Truck!All drivers must have their own set of tools once assigned.Essential FunctionsOperate Heavy Tow Trucks, Rollbacks, and Service Trucks efficiently and safelyRespond to Florida Traffic Incident Management Program calls (RISC)Work safely at accident scenes, often in traffic and all-weather conditionsCooperate closely with law enforcement and other first respondersCommunicate effectively with dispatchers and customersOperate GPS mapping devicesAbility to lift at least 50 lbs.Physical RequirementsLifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, bending, reaching, climbingSignificant physical strength and staminaKey BehaviorsPassionate, motivated, and open to growth and challenges.Proactively build customer relationships and provide thoughtful solutions.Maintain a professional appearance and represent Stepp's with pride.Strive for continuous improvement by embracing new tools and processes.Demonstrate respect toward co-workers and foster a positive team environment.Promote opportunities within the company and through referrals.Required Skills & QualificationsClass A CDL with at least 2 years of verifiable experienceCurrent DOT Medical CardProven heavy-duty towing experience requiredRegistered in the DOT ClearinghouseClean driving recordAble to pass background check and drug testJob TypeFull-timeCommissioned PayGraduated commission pay scale starting at 25% - Our drivers average $1,800 - $2,000 weekly.This pay structure should not be misconstrued as a salary-paid position.
