Front of House Staff

This current position is for our Piccadilly Grace South Pasadena location.  We are a warm, welcoming café dedicated to creating a great experience for our guests. We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team. Position Overview As a member of our Front of House staff, you are the face of the café. You’ll greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that every customer leaves with a smile. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism Take customer orders accurately and efficiently (in-person and POS system) Serve food and beverages promptly and with care Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, counters, and service stations Assist with restocking supplies and ensuring FOH areas are fully prepared for service Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with a positive attitude Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Qualifications Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Positive attitude, team-oriented, and dependable Flexible availability, including weekends and mornings (breakfast/lunch café hours) Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + tips averaging approximately $22-$28 per hour 10 Days PTO per year  Free employee meals and beverages Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth and advancement within the café
