Our newly renovated, state-of-the-art Coffee Shop, owned and operated by Michelin-rated Chef Sang Yoon which features a micro coffee roaster, in-house Bakery, Deli, and a highly curated Retail Market. Our team members go beyond making coffee, they create moments guests won’t forget. What You’ll Do Deliver efficient, high-quality service with attention to detail and cleanliness Support in-house coffee roasting for service and retail (and learn eco-friendly roasting methods) Stay current on bakery items, deli offerings, retail products, and seasonal selections Follow opening/closing procedures and keep equipment clean and maintained Prep and serve items from our smoothie bar, soft-serve program, and house-made syrups What We’re Looking For 1+ years of experience in a coffee shop or smoothie bar Serve Safe certification Strong communication and guest service skills Professional demeanor and floor presence Familiarity with Toast POS a plus Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time), including evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation and Benefits Starting rate: $20/hour (this is not a tipped position Helms Bakery does not accept tips) Flexible scheduling (FT/PT) Health, dental and vision insurance options Employee discounts on food and beverage Career growth opportunities Free Employee parking Prime Culver City location : centrally located, freeway-friendly, one block from the Metro Expo Line , and directly on the Venice Blvd bus route How to Apply Ready to be part of something special?
