The Digital Area Coordinator is responsible for partnering with the business to implement value-enabling solutions. Responsibilities include coordination of regional-based Digital initiatives, project team participation and leadership, as well as business analyst responsibilities for the Area. The Digital Area Coordinator will be the liaison with stakeholders (customers, leveraged IT groups, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Digital Business Leads, Procurement, vendors, et al) to support applications and infrastructure challenges, and drive local IT project implementations, including AE66 rollouts. This position will facilitate the communication process between the Refinery Business Units and Major Projects in the region (including Refinery, Midstream, and Lubricants assets). The individual selected must demonstrate a customer-first mentality, agile mindset, and proven skillset to resolve business challenges. Specifically for the Ferndale area, there are currently multiple DOM initiatives for Ferndale and surrounding business units. This is a 2-3 year rotational role and will provide broad exposure to multiple business units, primarily Refining and Midstream. This position is located in Ferndale, WA. After successfully completing 2-3 years in this role, you will continue your career progression in a different role within Phillips 66. This developmental role will provide key experiences to prepare for future roles including business analyst, project manager, or other supervisory positions within IT. Responsibilities May Include Partner with business users to implement business-enabling solutions which drive value generation Local collaborator across global project teams to ensure proper alignment of IT solutions to business requirements as well as IT policies and procedures. Represent and advocate business interests to IT and IT interests and initiatives to the business Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure services meet customer needs Resolve local service delivery issues and facilitate support of IT infrastructure Optimize IT service delivery by improving reliability, efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness of defined components of services Facilitate documentation of local business requirements and technical specifications. The base pay range for this role is $80,750.00 - $102,900.00 depending on a candidate's relevant work experience and education.
