Birdeye is backed by the who’s who of Silicon Valley - Salesforce founder Marc Benioff, Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang, Trinity Ventures, World Innovation Lab, and Accel-KKR.ResponsibilitiesSupport the GTM (Go-to-Market) functions with financials and key business metrics, including sales efficiency and productivity, marketing return-on-spend, pricing and discounting sales pipeline, headcount ratiosPerform actual vs. budget variance analysis and identify any risks or opportunities associated with reported financial data; provide monthly expense, revenue, and headcount forecastsManage the annual financial and operational budget and the quarterly and monthly financial forecasts for the GTM organizationsDesign and deliver robust and scalable GTM reporting methodology where you can quickly synthesize information, structure a concise, clear presentation of findings to an executive audienceDevelop and maintain financial models to track and analyze investment priorities and evaluate potential alternatives and their impact on the company's overall performancerequirementsUnderstanding of GTM function with proven experience in supporting Sales,Marketing, and Customer Success teamsAbility to think critically & strategically (see big picture) while also be hands-on with the day-to-day operationsStrong communication to the executives team, to the GTM leaders, and to the internal finance team and outstanding ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally and at multiple levels of the organizationStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; superior attention to detailExperience operating in a B2B SaaS business modelExperience operating a FPA Software, such as Adaptive (preferred)Why You’ll Join UsAt Birdeye, we are relentless innovators driven by a singular goal: to lead our category with unparalleled excellence.
