They have an R&D Group that focuses on optimizing device designs and fab processes for their designs, including GaAs, GaN, SiGe, and SOI device types. They are looking for a RF Device/Process Technology Development Engineer.This person will interface with external foundries and internal design/modeling teams to optimize device development, create device models and PDKs, test devices, analyze results to optimize product quality and yield, and transfer from design concept to high-volume manufacturing.
