Check out our site at Associate Director of Paid Media is a mixed client-facing and internal role dedicated to providing Paid Media services and the development and advancement of the Overdrive Paid Media team. Reporting to VP of Paid Media, the Associate Director ofPaid Media will be responsible for innovation and strategy growth while managing a portfolio of top-tier clients.Requirements:Proficient with Google Campaign Manager // DoubleClick4+ years of hands-on experience running paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram) or paid search (Google Ads platforms - Search, Display, YouTube) or Display media with a focus on demand generation programsExperience managing a minimum monthly budget of $100k+Excellent client-facing andinternal communication skillsHave a clear and technical knowledge of the ad tech/programmatic landscapeAbility to manage oneor more marketers and adept at managing your own responsibilities remote orin-personMust have a creative mindset and the ability to visualize results and provide creative direction to drive conversionAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets and Google Campaign Manager knowledgeResults oriented and able to work under pressure and tight deadlinesAlways thinking what the next A/B test should be via data-driven analysisAbility to multi-task and thrive in the face of steep goals and deadlinesExperience across diverse digital channels, including overseeing or working with paid social, programmatic media and/or CTV/OTTAbility to collaborate and, above all puts the client’s best interest firstResponsibilities:Build positive relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and retentionOversee the execution of ad ops, the production of account insights, analysis, and reportsAssess and develop marketers skill set to help expand our high-performing teamCollaborate with Media vendors on the best creative solutions for our clientsCollaborate with Overdrive team members offerings and remain competitive in the marketplaceBenefitsHealth and Dental insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributionFlexible spending accounts including: commuter and child care benefitsVision care discountsPaid vacation and holidaysCompetitive salaryEmployee referral bonusLong term disabilityLife insuranceAccidental death insuranceIndustry trainingFree healthy snacks, coffee and teasContemporary open-loft office spaceFun parties and office culturePlease include salary requirements with all responses.
