We are a project-driven company committed to meeting the IT needs of government and state clients through innovation and business acumen.Job DescriptionOPT EAD, GC EAD, GC, TN, and Citizens OnlyWe are currently seeking a Genesys Architect for a contract duration of 6-12 months+.Strong hands-on experience with configuring and optimizing Genesys Voice environmentProficiency with SIP/RTP, TCP/IP protocols, log analysis, and troubleshootingUnderstanding of VoIP QoS issues and mitigation strategiesExperience with at least one IP-PBX technologyKnowledge of Data Networking, including subnets, VLANs, routing, and firewallsExperience working with telecom carriers such as BT, Level3, Voxbone to manage SIP circuitsAbility to review business requirements and recommend suitable telecom solutionsLeadership ResponsibilitiesGuide the enterprise applications team to ensure seamless voice environment operationProvide technical guidance on Genesys Routing, GVP, call recording, and WFMAssist in prioritizing system enhancements and oversee related tasksIdentify and manage interdependencies between telephony solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams for scalable solutionsProvide Tier 3 support and troubleshooting assistancePlanning and ExecutionDesign voice routing strategiesDeep understanding of Genesys Routing, Voice Portal, call recording, workforce management, and reportingImplement best practices in call routing, recording, and workforce managementCoordinate with vendors for project planningResearch, Data Collection, and Problem SolvingTranslate business requirements into technical solutionsProvide training on Genesys applicationsAddress complex technical issues with strong problem-solving skillsReview documentation to ensure adherence to best practicesAdditional InformationIf your profile matches this requirement, please reply to or contact us at 703-955-3955. #J-18808-Ljbffr
