IT Intellectual Property Associate AttorneyFull-time positionEmTacq specializes in Employer Talent Acquisition, matching highly qualified candidates with competitive positions. Headquartered in the Raleigh / Durham, NC area, we serve companies and candidates across the United States as a professional recruitment agency focused on value-driven services.We are seeking multiple associates to join a High Tech IP Litigation practice. The associates will apply technical and patent law expertise to handle all aspects of intellectual property (IP) litigation for high tech industry clients, including electronics, semiconductors, telecommunications, and computer hardware and software. Responsibilities include analyzing complex patents and claims, conducting pre-filing investigations, validity and infringement analyses, preparing case work-ups, and representing clients in U.S. district courts and at the International Trade Commission.The associates will also provide legal analysis and counsel on legal, policy, and business issues, conduct legal research, draft and review legal documents such as memoranda, motions, depositions, and discovery requests, conduct witness interviews, prepare deposition outlines, and participate in depositions.
