The company is dedicated to enhancing the supply of low-emission concrete, which is crucial for sustainable infrastructure development, and orchestrating the transition to a decarbonized industry.About this RoleThe Head of Capital Formation & Investor Relations will spearhead efforts to drive significant capital formation and cultivate investor relations for Concrete Transition Capital’s pioneering Low Emission Cement and Concrete Fund I (LECC I). This ambitious fund strives to generate transformative impact across multiple projects, effectively promoting sustainable industrial practices. The role demands the establishment and nurturing of diverse investor relationships, involving limited partners and co-investors, while overseeing communication and reporting. The position requires a seasoned fundraiser adept at navigating real assets and infrastructure investments, with substantial expertise in ESG compliance.ResponsibilitiesLead all fundraising efforts for CTC’s funds and co-investment vehicles.Leverage existing networks and develop new relationships across HNWIs, family offices, foundations, and banks.Design and execute targeted capital formation strategies for different investor segments.Identify and cultivate strategic capital partners to support long-term scaling of low-carbon technologies.Collaborate with the Head of Investments on structuring co-investment opportunities and blended capital stacks.Serve as primary relationship manager for existing and prospective investors.Oversee all LP communications, including quarterly reports and annual meetings.Lead ESG and impact reporting, ensuring alignment with leading frameworks.Maintain CRM and investor data systems for transparency and efficiency.Represent CTC at industry events, investor conferences, and media opportunities.Support policy engagement aligning investor messaging with industry goals.Partner with Head of Investments to align fundraising timelines with portfolio needs.Work with CEO and COO to prepare Board materials related to fundraising.RequirementsMinimum 7+ years in fundraising, capital formation, or investor relations.Proven track record of closing $100M+ across at least two investment vehicles.Background in real assets, infrastructure, energy transition, or impact investing preferred.Strong relationships across HNWI, family office, and institutional channels.Understanding of structured finance, project finance, and blended capital structures.Experience with ESG frameworks, impact measurement, and reporting standards.Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation.High integrity, collaborative mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsNot SpecifiedImpactAlpha’s hard-working, AI-powered jobs bot generated this snappy summary from its original post.
