As a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, you will help lead the evolution of our platform, partnering with cross-functional teams and customers to build solutions that improve healthcare delivery at scale. We/'re on a mission to transform how healthcare providers deliver remote care, making it more efficient and personalized for each patient/'s needs.DescriptionWork SettingThis role is based at our San Francisco headquarters and may require up to 15% domestic travel for customer site visits, conferences, and team collaboration. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adaptability and strong communication skills. Expect a mix of meetings, workshops, and independent deep work using digital tools.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the platform product strategy and roadmapCollaborate directly with healthcare systems to understand workflows, needs, and opportunitiesConduct user research and market analysis to prioritize features and capabilitiesTranslate findings into detailed product requirements and user storiesWork closely with engineering, design, and quality assurance throughout the product development lifecycleLead product launches, adoption efforts, and ongoing improvementsMonitor product metrics and performance to inform iterationCommunicate plans and updates to leadership and external partnersStay informed on healthcare regulations, technology trends, and best practicesQualificationsBasic QualificationsBachelor/'s degree in a relevant field5–7+ years of product management experience, including SaaS platform experienceDirect experience working with hospitals, health systems, healthcare providers, healthcare insurance companies, or self-insured employersTechnical fluency and understanding of product development processesFamiliarity with Agile methodologiesExperience creating product requirement documents, writing user stories, and collaborating with cross-functional teamsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environmentPreferred QualificationsMBA or advanced degreeStrong understanding of healthcare regulatory landscape, including key frameworks such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Guidelines)Proven record of product launches and scalingStrong business acumen and experience with pricing models and go-to-market strategiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsCompensation and BenefitsThe expected compensation for this role in San Francisco, CA is $140,000 – $190,000 annually.
