Additionally, you may explore other diverse opportunities in key areas of the business including product management, manufacturing, quality, operations, and more.Electrical Engineers at Lutron participate within a cross-functional team to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative, high-quality consumer products and services for commercial and residential use.There are a variety of technical areas throughout the product lifecycle that you could encounter from day one, such as: Analog circuit design, analysis, and verificationMicrocontroller and RF hardware implementation Power electronics, power supply design, and electric motorsUse of active components such as power MOSFETs, thyristors, and integrated circuitsDesign for electromagnetic compatibility, noise immunity, and thermal dissipationResponsibilitiesDesign of circuits, including reliability analysis and testingDevelopment of theoretical models, simulations, and prototypesFrequent collaboration with RF, mechanical, embedded, manufacturing, and supply chain engineers.Drive PCB (Printed Circuit Board) design process and product design reviews Design for global standardsand regulationsDevelopment of technology for Lutron’s world-class manufacturing plantsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electronics EngineeringMinimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned0-3 years' experience in a related fieldWillingness to travel 5-10% of the time for inter-office collaboration, site visits, etc.Lutron Electronics’ position as the worldwide leader in innovative lighting control and shading solutions has enabled consistent, annual growth.
